Pioneered in concept by the top personnel of a Big 5 consulting major, Choice has been entrusted the entire activity of design, development, maintenance and production support for the vortal. Biz-mart.com cuts customer contact times, improves response times and saves big time pre-sales costs for the consulting companies concerned. The project has progressed beyond the prototype stage, and currently in the business mapping, analysis and design stage. Choice has adopted the full SDLC methodology using the spiral model of development. The project engages over 40 team members, 2 project leaders and a Project Manager, besides a host of business analysts. It is estimated that the first phase of the project involves over 80 man-years of developmental work over 18 months. Choice has an agreement with Genesis technologies Malaysia for exclusive rights to develop this concept till its final stages. Indiapeople.com is a portal targeted at the Indian communities worldwide - a meeting place. It is the ePlace for Indian communities to meet; exchange and web collaborate.Indiapeople.com has Java as the base building block, with Oracle driving the large databases that form the family tree repositories. Engaging a 20-member team, the first phase of the project is estimated to take up 8 months for completion. This Portal is conceived as a self growing by use and means of inbuilt process to have the end user pass on the concept to other e-groups be it a family, friend, or community. The portal has features such as electronic auto mail, chat rooms, video conferencing, voice over mail, voice over facsimile, and much such process as ip-telephony. It is going to encompass socio-economic, culture, news (both as bulletin boards and full fledged news features), magazines (both for online reading and for buying through centralized purchase on bulk ordering), entertainment (online purchase of entertainment products) and gives the end user the option of ordering a CD-ROM of his family tree and other tree structures.
Abhyasonline.com is a portal targeted at the Indian communities worldwide - an education on the net. It is the ePlace for students to meet, exchange and learn from the net and take simulated examinations on various platforms ranging from 10th class to Post Graduate level. Abhyasonline.com has ASP as the base building block, with SQL driving the large databases. Engaging a 20-member team, the first phase of the project is estimated to take up 8 months for completion. The Education portal concentrates mainly on Indian Examinations, syllabi, model question papers; an online examination subject wise/topic wise, and provides the information on various courses available for career aspirants. The courses and examinations starting from 10th (CBSC or SSC or ICSC) to post graduate courses and details about various competitive examinations such as APPSC, IAS and public service commission examinations in India and in its second phase on international educational areas of Information Technology. The portal has features such as electronic auto mail, chat rooms, voice over mail, voice over facsimile, and ip-telephony.
Universal Travels ( UT ) of Ramoji Film City ( RFC ), looks after the travel & Transportation requirements of RFC and its customers. UT is primarily operated through two divisions one does Air & Train ticketing and the other addresses Allotment, Administration and Maintenance of vehicles of the group companies and its own. All types Passenger cars, Buses, Mini Buses, Luxury Cars, Tractors, Jeeps, Heavy Vehicles, Tippers, etc., are deployed for addressing the needs of both internal and external parties of RFC. These vehicles are owned by the various Companies / Divisions of RFC and are operated by Universal Travels. The overall purview of the project is to IT enable the Transportation department in the following operational areas; 1.
